The staff were incredibly helpful, and the room was spacious and bright. Free parking was a big plus. However, the elevator buttons were tricky to see, and the shower setup led to water splashing. A comfortable stay with minor inconveniences.

Exploring nearby landmarks such as the Statue of Liberty and the New York Transit Museum added to our family bonding experience.

The 42" plasma television wasn't really my thing, but I can see how others might enjoy it.

The room was super clean and cozy with a sweet view of the city from up there! It was awesome to be able to put on one of the fluffy robes they said we’d have and just chill with a snack or drink, but unfortunately, they were out of stock on that.
